Mindfulness =Awareness

Mindful, aware, mindfully aware. Aware of what exactly, and what is being mindful exactly? What does it mean or look like in my life. What does it look like in my work, what does it look like in my personal? Mindful in work. Being aware, meeting goals, taking the time to be thankful for the small things during the course of the day when things get crazy. Mindful in such a way to expand my visions, my dreams, my goals, building a team, thankful for my team. Growing. Being mindfully aware is an action, a choice, a decision. Mindful in my personal, difficult at times, tedious at times, heartbreaking at times. For some of us, the last several years have brought with them loss, sickness, separation, death, divorce. A season of mourning, a season of reflection, healing, growing.

There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven.

A time to mourn and a time to dance.

A time to weep and a time to laugh.

A time to tear and a time to mend.

Being aware of the season of my life, the time of my life. Mindfulness is being completely aware of the moments in my life that won't be passing this way again. Moments that won't be given back. Mindfulness = awareness, mindfully aware. What is it that you need to be mindfully aware of this week? To grow, to expand, to thrive? Or just to be aware of the precious moments of your day.
